Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping:

We ship all over USA thru USPS First class/ USPS Priority shipping. Products are generally shipped within 2-3 days of the order. If there are any delays, the customer will be promptly notified with the reason for the delay and options to proceed further.

Tracking Id will be shared with the customer and products are not shipped with signature consent. If the product is specified as Pre-order or customized order, the expected shipping date will be shared with the customer.

The Shipping charges are calculated at the check out.


Return, Refund and Exchanges:

Currently we accept returns only if there are any damages to the product. Please notify us thru email to lorthyfashions@gmail.com within 2 days of the receipt of the product. Please make a video of the product and share it with us.

Once we receive the email, we will check and respond within 2 days to send us back the product and product should be returned within 5 days from the receipt of the email.

 

Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances beyond the above time period.

Once we receive the item, we will check and confirm the status of the item to accept the return. The item must be unused and should be in the original packaging. We will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 days to reflect the refund amount.

 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS.

 

Refund will be done Less the Shipping charges incurred to send the parcel originally. Also the customers are responsible for sending back the package.

The best way to exchange a product is to return the original product and order a new one.
